Thrift Locally at Central Park Resale
Nov 3, 2021You may have already heard that a unique shop is now open in Lincoln Square over on West 66th Street, as recently reported by I Love the Upper West Side. Nestled between Columbus Avenue and Central Park West, locals can now get their second-hand shopping fix at Central Park Resale, a boutique consignment and thrift store at 22 West 66th Street on the ground floor. The store sells gently worn designer and name-brand pieces as well as affordable modern and vintage thrift pieces for both men and women. Apparel and accessories are split up into sections according to brands and price point, with a section of thrift pieces all for $15 and under. Inside you’ll find a variety of items, from loafers, belts, and sweaters to one-of-a-kind home decor pieces, party dresses, and even the occasional vintage wedding dress.
In addition to this, the boutique also showcases art as a gallery, will be used as an event space for trunk shows and pop ups, and is home to two classic arcade games including Pac-Man and Galaga. Central Park Resale is open Tuesday – Saturday from 10:00am – 7:00pm, Sunday from 11:00am – 6:00pm, and closed on Monday. Visit the website for information on the store, donating clothing, and nonprofit partners that a portion of the store’s proceeds benefit. Click here for consignment information from the store.
