The NYC Counsel to the Mayor has released a brief FAQ regarding the Governor's Executive Order 202.81 and the State Liquor Authority Guidance. Effective December 14, indoor dining has again been prohibited to help stop the spread of COVID-19. Click here to read the FAQ with some important takeaways on current restrictions. Notably, an update that clarifies that customers enjoying outdoor dining at a restaurant may go inside to use the restroom.
