Virtual Annual Meeting: 5.14.20

In light of COVID-19, the Lincoln Square Business Improvement District (BID) will be holding an abbreviated Virtual Annual Meeting on Thursday, May 14, 2020 at 9:00am.

The purpose of this meeting is to present the Fiscal Year 2021 budget and to elect Directors to the Board. We will also present an update on our activities. We hope to convene a gathering with speakers when it is safe to do so. For now though, it is no speakers, no breakfast... just business!

Everyone is welcome to attend, but only registered members of the Lincoln Square BID will be eligible to vote. This year, we will be voting on Category A: A1 & A2 - Owners of Non-Residential, Mixed Use or Residential Real Property as well as Category B: Commercial Tenants. This year's nominees are:

Note all elections are for three year terms expiring in 2023 unless otherwise stated. In order to vote, you need to register. If you are unable to attend and eligible to vote, please submit your proxy.
