Virtual Cooking Classes with Chef Daniel Boulud

Join Chef Daniel Boulud for a series of virtual cooking classes as he guides you through his favorite French classics to enjoy “en famille.” From Chef Daniel’s “Steak Tartare” to his comforting “Poulet Basquaise” recipe, learn the techniques and secrets behind his celebrated French cuisine. Classes begin on Thursday, January 14 and occur every Thursday through Thursday, February 4. Each cooking experience begins at 6:00pm EST, running for 60-75 minutes, including time for questions with Chef Daniel at the end.

There are many ticket options for these virtual classes. A single general admission class costs $60 and includes a shopping list, prep notes, the recipe, a suggested wine pairing and access to the Zoom link. Each ticket is good for one "device" to log into the class. If you are local to the City, you can also purchase their Premium option, a single virtual class + recipe box for two for local pick-up for $175, or their VIP option, a virtual class + recipe box for two + sweet treat + sommelier’s wine selection for local pick-up for $215. Each recipe box includes the ingredients for Chef Daniel’s recipe (two servings). If you are interested in purchasing tickets for the entire cooking class series, you can buy the general admission tickets for $200, Premium tickets for $625, or VIP tickets for $795.
