Virtual Swing University: Summer of Saxophone

Jazz at Lincoln Center’s Swing University is back for its Summer Virtual Term from Sunday, August 1 through Wednesday, September 8. This special term, Summer of Saxophone, will feature classes on jazz saxophonists including Sonny Rollins, Sidney Bechet, Benny Carter, Vi Redd, great saxophonists of the 1950s, the World Saxophone Quartet, and more!

Swing U offers engaging virtual classes for jazz fans, enthusiasts and students of all backgrounds and levels. Explore jazz history, discuss new and classic tunes, and discover listening methods that will improve your concert experiences. You can purchase single classes for $10 per class, or purchase the All-Access Package for $225, which includes weekly Swing U Zoom Office Hours with Seton Hawkins.
