Water Main Break Update 1.17.20

Here’s the latest on the water main break that impacted Lincoln Square this week:

Southbound traffic on Broadway is open and the M5, M7, M10, M20 and M104 have resumed service on Broadway.

West 62 Street between Broadway and Columbus Avenue remains closed. The sidewalk on the east side of Broadway between 61^st Street and 62^nd Street remains closed. 

Emergency contractors continue to work onsite.

The following businesses remain closed until further notice:

·        AAA (1881 Broadway) 

·        TD Bank (1873 Broadway) 

·        TD Ameritrade (1881 Broadway) 

·        New York Sports Club (61 West 62nd Street)

·        NYIT Auditorium (1871 Broadway)

·        Melissa’s Gourmet Deli (62 West 62nd Street)
