Last month we highlighted WNET’s special series of personal stories from viewers about WNET’s impact on their lives. Now, the Central Park Conservancy has launched a similar program, #mycentralpark story, encouraging park lovers to share their personal experiences of fall in Central Park. Enjoying autumn in Central Park is a true New York experience and, especially during these uniquely difficult times, the Conservancy is looking to feature some special stories to celebrate this iconic city mainstay. Submit your story here on Central Park Conservancy’s website or post it to your social media account with the hashtag #mycentralpark.

Central Park is just a few steps outside of our district’s boundaries and a good spot for some socially distanced walks. On your way home from an afternoon stroll, follow our new holiday lighting installation, Tumbling Brights, up or down Broadway (between 60th Street and 70th Street) for added enjoyment! The installation will be up through February and turns on at 4:00pm daily.
